Premium Event Service
Affinity’s Premium Event Service offering provides you with professional conference operators to answer all in-bound calls, gather information from your participants, place calls as needed and monitor line quality. A lead operator will remain in your conference for the duration of your call and help facilitate Q&A or polling sessions.
Express Event Service
Our Express Event Service allows your participants to register for your event using the web. Once registered, they receive a confirmation with the conference dial-in number and a personal identification number and a reminder email prior to the conference. At the time of the conference, participants call into a designated telephone number and, when prompted, enter their conference ID and PIN. At the end of the event, participants receive an email with information about how to listen to the archive.
